Passionate woman of God who believes in the power of prayer. She has a fervent desire to be all God desires her to be and strives to live every day unto
His glory. Quiet time, bible study and worship frame her daily activities.
​
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from UCLA and a Master of Arts in
Multicultural Education from Pepperdine University. She holds a California teaching credential, an administrative services credential and a credential in counseling services.
Before becoming a member of Lifeway Church in Rancho Cucamonga where she
currently serves with the Women of Vision, she served for several decades at
Loveland Church where she was on the Gods Woman Conferences staff and Victors in Praise dance ministry.
She also assisted with the fitness ministry.
Brenda taught public school, worked at the school district level in curriculum
development, served as a middle school assistant principal and an elementary
principal. She was a consultant for educational equity, a district new teacher
induction coordinator, a new administrator mentor and currently works as a
teacher coach at Claremont Graduate University.
An ordinary woman whom God chose. Before God formed her in the womb. He knew her, before she was born. God Sanctified her and ordained her to preach, teach, and serve. On March 22, 1963 she was born into her DESTINY!
The first call to her was salvation and except Jesus as her personal savior and then she was baptized and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

She attended bible college and graduated from Isom School of Minster.
Now Cynthia is a member of Agape Christian Worship Center in Victorville CA. She is now a widow and has dedicated her life to prayer, worship, and serving God.

Cynthia soul passion is to see lives saved, healed, and delivered including herself.

Alice Henry

Minister Alice M. Henry is known to many for her humbling personality and love for God. She presently serves as a minister under the leadership of Pastor Cynthia Hearse at the St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Wharton Texas. She is the mother of two; a son 33, a daughter 18, and three beautiful granddaughters.
Minister Henry brings with her multiple accomplishments as she has an Associate in Law Enforcement; Bachelor of Human Development; Masters of Leadership and Organizational Studies and currently pursuing a Masters in Psychology. She is presently serving as Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional at Texana’s Intellectual Disability Service where she advocates on behalf of children with Autism.

Additionally, she teaches leadership and management, business, and healthcare, courses for the College of Healthcare Professionals in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Jacqueline Smith was born in Los Angeles, California and a resident all of her life. She is a proud mother of three children and four grandchildren. Also, she is graced with a mother, who is mighty woman of God, and one brother and sister.
Dr. Smith’s desire is to be an example that empowers people with the Word of Truth and that no soul will be left behind! “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” I Timothy 4:12
Dr. Smith was given the name “God’s Secret Weapon” by an Elder of the Gospel. She was told that the name was given to her because “no one ever knows what spiritual weapon God is going to use through her; until she begins to dance under the anointing of the Holy Spirit!”
The interpretation of the message reveals itself to those who humbly receive the word of God. As a Prophetic Worship Dancer, she has traveled all over the world with her gift of dance.

In addition, God has used her to teach Praise Dance in different denominations that have never received Christ in their hearts, until they witnessed the power of the Holy Spirit through dance. Powerful testimonies have come to life in salvation, healing, and deliverance, through the
ministry of Praise Dance.
Dr. Smith has also been called and chosen to preach the gospel to the nations for such a time as this. Her emphasizes is to teach the gospel in such a way that the Word of God would awaken each individual’s spiritual gift, embrace their calling, and lead with conviction.


LaTina McGhee-Simmons M.Ed. takes an honest, transparent approach in the lives of the young women she works with. Her message instills into young women that they are important, they matter, and they will make a difference in the world regardless of where they come from, or what they have done.
As an educator in the public school system for the last eleven years, she knows first-hand the challenges facing young women today. In addition to speaking, she has developed and implemented an afterschool mentoring program to help girls navigate through difficult seasons in their lives. The program also challenges them to think about their future, their choices, and how they view themselves. Her passion for helping young women combined with her own experiences are the reasons why she started and is a “Daughter of Promise.”

In addition being the Founder and CEO of DOP, she is also an elementary school teacher where she was awarded “Site Teacher of the Year” for 2016. LaTina is also a talented actress with her most notable role being a businesswoman in Boeing's "That's Why We're Here" commercial. You can also find her modeling in the July 2010 issue of Ebony Magazine.

Leslie is member of Lifeway Church in Rancho Cucamonga, California where Dr. Chris A. Esteves is the Senior Pastor. Leslie has her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has completed her hours to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
​
Leslie is the Owner/Director of AMCS Inc. (Able Mediation and Counseling Services, Inc.) where they believe in ‘Transforming Families One Person At A Time’. The use of Godly wisdom, coupled with her Master’s Degree allows her to counsel the brokenhearted from a spiritual aspect as well as addressing their mental struggles. Her gift of ministry, along with a heart for people, has opened doors for her to minister at numerous conferences. As she ministers, the anointed word touches especially the hearts and souls of the youth and hurting women; motivating and encouraging them to live victorious lives through Jesus Christ. She extends her hands and avails her love, compassion and wisdom to bless their lives. Many hurting woman have received restoration and true victory after listening to her power packed words.
Leslie has been anointed to preach the “Good News”. As an anointed and dynamic teacher of the Word, her vision is to see people of all races and denominations become vessels of honor, obtaining and walking in the true liberating freedom from sickness, disease, bondage, curses and strongholds through the power and of the uncompromised word of God.

The scripture which Leslie lives by, demonstrating a Godly life at the 100 fold level, is 1 Corinthians 2:2 (AMP) “For I resolved to know nothing (to be acquainted with nothing, to make a display of the knowledge of nothing, and to be conscious of nothing) among you except Jesus Christ (the Messiah) and Him crucified”.
Leslie has been blessed to be married for 10 years to an awesome man of God and her best friend, Terence Westbrook. Terence and Leslie met at Lifeway Church, where they became friends and later married. Terence is a Deacon at Lifeway Church, a Correctional Officer with San Bernardino County Juvenile Detention Department and is also Marriage and Family Therapist.
